In response to the target of 231 runs, the Gujarat Titans was all out for 147 runs. The 83 -run defeat is Gujarat’s biggest defeat in IPL history.

Despite the winning Farewell, Chennai Super Kings stood at the last 10th position in the points table with four wins and 10 defeats in 14 matches. Rajasthan also won four matches, but their net run rate is better than Chennai.
