Long -term blood of bad cholesterol increases the risk of serious diseases like heart attack and stroke. The reason for this is that it starts to obstruct the arteries. This hinders blood supply to the heart and other parts of the body. If it is not treated, it can cause type 2 diabetes and heart problems. Researchers studied people for 12 weeks with this vegetable. After this, it was found that these vegetables reduce cholesterol rapidly. The results of the study were presented at the annual meeting of the American Society for Nutrition. According to the Heart Foundation, diabetes patients are about twice the risk of stroke or heart disease. In such a situation, if diabetes patients have high cholesterol, then it becomes even more deadly.

At the end of the study, it was found that the level of cholesterol of people who were eating gram or black beans per day was reduced from 200.4mg per deciiliter to 185.8mg. The total cholesterol level above 200mg/DL is considered very high. Black beans also saw a decrease in swelling levels after 12 weeks. Researchers reported that our study found that consumption of beans helps in reducing cholesterol and reducing inflammation in predeable people. Professor Smith advised people to be careful with the additional elements like salt or sugar present in it while including the beans in their diet. That is, do not add too much salt to the beans nor add sugar. Because both these increase the risk of heart disease.
