China Masters Badminton: Satvik and Chirag reached the quarter -finals, Lakshya Sen out

Shenzen (China): The pair of Satwik Sairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty reached the male doubles quarter -finals of the China Masters Badminton Tournament while Lakshya Sen fell out in the first round.

Last week, Satvik and Chirag, runners up at Hong Kong Open, defeated Malaysia’s Junaidi Arif and Roy King Yap 24-22, 21-13 in 42 minutes.

At the same time, Lakshya, who lost in the Hong Kong Open final, lost 11-21, 10-21 in a 30-minute match to Toma Junior Popov. With this, the Indian challenge in the men’s singles category ended as Ayush Shetty lost in the first round.
