New Delhi. After losing the first Test match to England, India has suffered such a shock which is not going to be easy to compensate. Jasprit Bumrah, who took 5 wickets in the first Test, may be out of the second Test match. The second Test between India and England is to be played in Birmingham from 2 July. The Indian team is in a mood to give rest to Bumrah under the workload management in this match.
Jasprit Bumrah bowled 44 overs in the first Test match played between India and England. He took 5 wickets in the first innings of the match. He did not get any wicket in the second innings. The entire team had to bear the brunt of Bumrah not getting wickets in the second innings and England had hit 350 runs on the last day of the match. England achieved a tremendous batting in the fourth innings and achieved the target of 371 runs in 82 overs. India scored 471 in the first innings and 364 runs in the second innings. This was the first time the Indian team lost by scoring more than 830 runs in a Test match.
