BSNL has introduced a new ₹ 225 prepaid plan to compete with private telecom companies. It contains 2.5GB data/day, unlimited calls and SMS. Apart from this, two cheap plans have also come.
The 4G of BSNL has been waiting for a long time, and this wait of people is over on September 27, 2025. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the indigenous 4G stack, which is fully built on Indian software and hardware. After the arrival of 4G, now customers will get a huge improvement in increase data speed and network quality. This service will ensure sharp internet and better connectivity for millions of BSNL customers. At the moment, it is not known how much 4G speed of BSNL will be and how many recharge packs will be. But meanwhile, BSNL has introduced a strong prepaid plan.
This plan of ₹ 225 comes with a validity of 30 days. That is, according to 30 days, the cost of every day in it comes to about ₹ 7.50. Every day 2.5GB of high-speed data is available in this plan, unlimited local and STD calling for all networks and 100 SMS per day.
The speed remains 40kbps after the data is over. The price of this plan is much lower than private companies and it gives users a chance to meet a month -long call and internet needs.

Apart from this, BSNL ₹ 199 plan has also been introduced. It will be valid for 30 days. It has 2GB high-speed data, unlimited calls and SMS every day. Apart from this, the ₹ 197 plan comes with the longest validity, which lasts for 70 days. It gets 2GB data and unlimited calls/SMS for the first 15 days, while in the remaining 55 days the data remains 50MB per day.
