Sonia Gandhi hospitalized due to stomach problems, health deteriorated in Shimla on 7 June
Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on Sunday night due to stomach problems. News agency ANI sources were quoted as saying that Gandhi (78 years) was admitted to the Gastroenterology Department at around 9 pm. Their condition is stable. A team of doctors is monitoring him.
Sonia went to spend holidays in her daughter Priyanka’s house in Shimla on 2 June. But on 7 June, his health suddenly worsened. The next day she returned to Delhi and underwent medical check-up at Sir Gangaram Hospital on 9 June.
