The second dangerous habit is to live in more stress. A little stress occurs in everyone’s life, but when we make every small thing and make a burden on the brain, then it slowly starts damaging the brain cells. Long -term stress unbalanced the hormone called cortisol in the brain, which worsens the mental balance, increases anxiety and the brain functions start decreasing. Being under excess stress also causes sleep, hunger is more or less, and it affects the entire functioning of the body. To reduce stress, it can be very helpful to meditate, yoga, time taking time and involve yourself in favorite activities.

The third habit is excess consumption of unhealthy food and junk food. Nowadays people ignore nutrition in the taste of taste. Eating fried in oil, very sweet or high salt not only makes the body thicker, but also causes the brain to become dull. Chemicals present in processed food and soft drinks affect brain functions and can increase the risk of neurological disease. Instead, drinking a balanced diet such as green vegetables, fruits, nuts, omega-3 foods and drinking enough water provides energy to the brain and its health remains.
