The Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has announced that the starting time of 18 matches of the upcoming Asia Cup (ASIA Cup) due to the scorching heat in the United Arab Emirates has been shown half an hour behind the original program. According to the revised time, now the matches will start at 6.30 pm local time (8 pm Indian time). This time this continental tournament to be held in T20 format will be played from September 9 to 28 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Compared to the Asia Cup, which is to be played from 7:30 pm Indian time, it will now be played with half an hour late. Meaning that the matches will now be played from 8:00 pm. The match will be played between UAE and Oman in UAE on 15 September.

According to the statement, ‘The match between UAE and Oman on Monday, September 15 will start at four o’clock in the afternoon local time. This will be the only match to be played during the day of the tournament. According to the program released earlier by the Asian Cricket Council, the match was to start at six in the local time.
