India won four medals at the Archery World Cup Phase one, including the bronze of Dheeraj Bomdevra and the silver team of the men’s recurve team. Dheeraj defeated Spain’s Andress Temino Medal.

Oberndel (US): India ended their campaign with four medals in the Archery World Cup Phase one here on Sunday, including a silver and a bronze medal of Dheeraj Bomdevra in the individual recruitment category in the men’s recurve team event.
Army’s 23 -year -old archer Dheeraj showed extraordinary patience and restraint to win the match played for the bronze medal. He returned after trailing 2–4, defeating Spain’s Andress Temino Medhael 6-4 in a tense match of five sets.
Dheeraj had earlier lost 1-7 to the world number fourth player and silver medalist of Paris Olympics 1-7 in the semi-finals.
Earlier in the day, endurance was also part of the Indian trio with experienced veteran Tarundeep Rai and Atanu Das, who won the silver medal after losing 1-5 to China in the final of the team event.
India won four medals in this competition in this way. Earlier, the Indian compound mixed team won the gold and compound men’s team bronze.
In India’s campaign, Abhishek Verma missed the medal and finished fourth in the compound men’s individual category.
