New Delhi. Former star cricketer Andrew Flintoff’s 17 -year -old son Rocky and fit bowler Chris Woakes were included in the England Lions team for a four -day two match against India ‘A’ on Wednesday. The series will start on May 30 in Cantorbury while the second match will be played in North Comment from June 6. These two matches of the red ball will be played before India’s five -Test series in England.
Earlier this year, Rocky, who was part of the ‘A’ team in Australia, has played five first -class matches. The lower order batsman scored a brilliant century against the Cricket Australia XI. Veteran fast bowler Vokes will get a chance to play competitive cricket against India ‘A’ before the Test series starting on June 20.
