Amritpal Singh’s family will fight a legal battle against NSA.
The National Security Act (NSA), imposed on Amritpal Singh, a pro -Khalistan pro -Khalistan and Khadur Sahib MP in Dibrugarh Jail in Assam, will now be challenged in the High Court. For this, preparations have been made by the family.

The family argues that Amritpal Singh is not being allowed to come out of jail under the conspiracy. All parties are worried about the increasing popularity of Amritpal Singh. The NSA has been removed from all his colleagues. All of them were brought to Punjab only last month. Also, legal matters are also going on.

The family says that once you put Amritpal in jail. Now the person sitting inside the jail is being accused of various types. He said that they want to tell the government what is the benefit of keeping it inside the jail in such a situation. These things are very unconstitutional. Then he said that he is very dangerous. If he comes out of jail, there will be a lot of damage. While he has won the election with the most votes in the entire Punjab.
The family said that it is a threat not to anyone else but to political parties. His political ground is slipping. So they are preparing such land. Amritpal’s lawyer Amritpal’s case has started from anywhere, but now it has become a matter of freedom of expression.

Amritpal is in custody since April 2023
Amritpal Singh has been in custody since 23 April 2023. Soon after his arrest, NSA was imposed on him and was sent to Dibrugarh Jail in Assam. The government had put up its activities as a threat to the security of the state. Which was extended from time to two years.
