Union Home Minister Amit Shah laid the foundation stone of Raipur Campus of NFSU in Nawa Raipur. Apart from the National Forensic Science University Campus, the foundation stone of Hi -Tech Forensic Lab was also laid. During the program, Shah again gave a strong warning to the Naxalites.

Shah said that, now even in the rain, Naxalites will not let them sleep peacefully. There is no need for discussion, Naxalites should put their arms. Apart from this, Shah said about NFSU that, being a graduate/ post graduate from here means the guarantee of the job.

What are the benefits of establishing NFSU?
- The installation of NFSU will reduce the number of pending cases.
- Investigations for which they are dependent on experts of other states, such professionals will now start getting ready in the state.
- Common people will get easy and quick justice.
- Right now the accused has to stay in unnecessary jail due to late report.
- The report will come early, so the court will pronounce its decision soon.
- The veracity of the investigation report will not be questioned.
- New experts of technical investigation will be prepared.
- Investigation of cyber crimes.
- The arrest of the accused will be easy.

Meeting with DGP-DGP rank officials of neighboring states
After the foundation stone program, Home Minister Shah held a meeting on Naxalism at the resort in Nawa Raipur. It was attended by DGP-DGP rank of Chhattisgarh and neighboring states of Odisha, Telangana, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.
Amit Shah reviewed the status of interstate security and Naxal operation. In two important security meetings, Shah has instructed other states to share intelligence inputs with Chhattisgarh.

- The next day on 23 June, Amit Shah will meet the villagers of Abujhmad area.
- This will be followed by their meeting with BSF soldiers.
- They will have lunch with the soldiers and discuss about the Naxal operation.

Shah came to Chhattisgarh to attend Bastar Pandum ceremony
Earlier, Home Minister Amit Shah came to Chhattisgarh three months ago in April to attend the closing ceremony of Bastar. After attending the ceremony, Shah returned to Raipur and took a high -level meeting on the anti -Naxal operation. The meeting was attended by the police, CRPF and Central Force Commanders like BSF associated with anti -Naxal operation.
427 Naxalites were killed as BJP government was formed
After the formation of BJP government in Chhattisgarh, more than 400 Naxalites have been killed so far. CM Sai, who visited Delhi on 7 June, met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and informed about the ongoing Naxal operation in the state.
