In the complaint about this video, it has been said that this has been done to mislead the people of the country and to discredit the Congress party under a well-planned strategy. This is an attempt to incite people’s sentiments, security of the country and weaken democracy.

Turkas openly supported Pakistan under Indo-Pak tension When Indo-Pak tension increased after the Pahalgam attack on 22 April, Turki-Ajarbaijan openly supported Pakistan. For use against India, drone-hostels and trend people running them should also be sent.

After Operation Sindoor, the Turki President Erdogan told Pakistan’s PM Shahbaz Sharif on the phone-I pray to Allah for my brothers who lost their lives in the attacks and express my condolences to the people of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan.

Along with this, he also supported the recommendation of the international inquiry into Pakistan’s Pahalgam attack. After ceasefire on May 10, Shahbaz Sharif thanked Erdogan for helping.

After this, Boycott Turkas and Boycott Azerbaijan have started across the country.

Five big steps to boycott Turkas

  1. India’s online travel platforms such as Ezmatrip and Ixigo have issued advisory for not traveling to Turkas and Azerbaijan citing security risk and political tension.
  2. Jawaharlal Nehru University, the prestigious university in India, suspended its agreement with Inonu University of Turki citing national security. AMU also ended educational relations.
  3. The traders of Pune have decided to stop buying apples from the Turkas. Instead, they are buying apples from Himachal, Uttarakhand, Iran and other areas. The Udaipur Marble Processors Association has urged the government to stop the import of marble. The traders of Kanpur have canceled 80% of the order. Businessmen of Jaipur have stopped orders worth crores.
  4. Adani Airport Holdings has finished his partnership with Turk’s firm Celebi for ground handling services at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel of Ahmedabad.
  5. The Boycott of Turkas in India is constantly increasing. After travel agencies and merchant organizations, the country’s leading e-commerce platforms and Reliance-owned AJIO have also stopped selling Turkas products. These brands are now out of stock on these platforms.

India-Turkiya Business: Turk, the largest supplier of apples

There has been no major change in trade between the two countries in the last 5 years. Between April 2024 to February 2025, India sold goods worth $ 5.2 billion (₹ 44,500 crore) to the Turkas. In 2023-24, the figure was $ 6.65 billion (Rs 56,873 crore).

During this period, India bought goods worth $ 2.84 billion (about 24,320 crore) from the Turkas. India has always been a trade surplus in the bilateral trade of both countries. That is, we have more sold than buying goods from Turkas.

India mainly exports mineral fuels, auto parts, machinery, pharmaceuticals and cotton. However, imports from Turkas include gold, marble, apples, vegetables, cement and chemicals. Turkas India is one of the biggest suppliers of apple to India.
