Features and specifications

The biggest highlight of Amazafit Helio Strap is its without display design, due to which users get rid of the habit of repeatedly checking notifications and the entire focus is on health and fitness. It has a biotracker PPG sensor which monitors heart rate, stress and SPO2 levels.

This band can also track activities like running, cycling, yoga and pilatess. If you want, users can see it in a better way by sinking it with health apps like Google Fit, Apple Health and Strava.

Talking about the design, Helio Strap is made from a fiber-rinnforced polymer body and weighs only 20 grams, which makes it easier to wear for a long time, even wearing it even while sleeping. It has 5atm water resistance, which keeps it safe in water up to 50 meters depth.
