New Delhi. An important development has been observed for India’s satellite communication sector, Alan Musk’s Starlink has been received from the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) to provide its services in the country. That is, now the Starlink Service of Alan Musk will soon give a place in India.

Before approved the Starlink, the Indian government had asked the company to accept the new National Security Guidelines and it has been given a letter of introduction only after the company has agreed on it. According to sources, the application of the company was being reviewed for some time. But the final approval from the government was when the company accepted the conditions of the government regarding security.

What is Starlink?
Starlink is a satellite internet service developed by Spacex. Spacex is an American company that makes aerospace and is a space transportation company. This company was established in the year 2002 by Allen Mask. The Internet service of this company is known for Starlink, high-speed, low-altency broadband internet in the whole world.

According to the information given by the sources to PTI, the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) has now issued a letter of intent to Starlink. Earlier, the government had issued licenses to Eultsat Onweb and Jio Satellite Communications.

The series of traditional satellite companies, usually, recommends the disaster on the schedule. But Starlink uses the world’s largest low meaning orbit (Leo) conference, which is 550 km above Earth. Constitution of this Leo satellites (currently 7,000 but eventually plans to exceed 40,000) and its trap provides broadband internet savy, which supports streaming, online gaming and video calls.
