Akshay Kumar’s production house sent notice to Paresh Rawal on leaving ‘Hera Ferry 3’

New Delhi. Akshay Kumar’s production house Cape of Good Films has issued a notice to ‘Babu Bhaiya’ i.e. Paresh Rawal to leave ‘Hera Pheri 3’. The production house claims that work on this project had already started. The notice of Akshay’s company claimed that Paresh was paid Rs 11 lakh before leaving the project. Now, lawyer Pooja Tidke, who represents Akshay’s production house, has said that there will be ‘serious legal results’ in the matter as the company has made several expenses regarding the film.

Lawyer Pooja Tidke, who represented Akshay Kumar’s production house, spoke to PTI in a conversation. He said- ‘I think it will have serious legal consequences. This has damaged the franchise. We have written them and told that it includes many legal results. Expenses have been spent for shooting of cast, crew, actors, logistics, trailer.

Contract was done for the shooting of the trailer

Pooja said that Paresh was involved in this project, as she had shot for the trailer. He said, ‘The shooting of the trailer of the film had started and some part of the film was also shot. The trailer was contracts for shooting. About three and a half minutes of the film were shot. Suddenly, a few days ago, we received a notice from Paresh ji, which said that he is no longer associated with the film and does not want to join it. This shocked everyone.

Production house gave notice to Paresh Rawal

Pooja said that she is still ‘optimistic’ that things would be resolved, but she also said that ‘reputation has been damaged’ for actors involved in film and franchise. But at the moment we are facing legal issues. He told PTI that Paresh has not yet responded to the legal notice, but he has been given 7 days to answer.

Paresh Rawal signed contact 11 lakhs

Let me tell you that earlier there were reports that Paresh Rawal signed a contact on the term sheet, after which he had accepted a partial payment of 11 lakhs.

Priyadarshan is directing the film

Let us tell you that Akshay, Paresh and Sunil Shetty were going to be seen in the lead roles in ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Earlier this year, Akshay announced that the film is finally being made with director Priyadarshan.
