This order was given on a petition challenging the legal recognition of the Placeage of Versecript Act 1991. Even after that, Ajmer Civil Court is listening to this suit. In such a situation, its hearing should be stopped.

During the hearing in the High Court today, Additional Solicitor General RD Rastogi, on behalf of the Central Government, opposed the petition of the Anjuman Committee and said- there is no party in the committee suit.

In such a situation, she cannot file a petition in the High Court. These petitions are not able to play. The court will now hear the case again after a week.
