Self KYC facility on the website: According to the recent update, BSNL is now facilitating customers to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process on its website itself. To order SIM cards, users can go to the link “https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/bsnlskyc/” and follow KYC steps.

This service is available for both prepaid and postpaid connections. Users will have to enter their PIN code, name and an alternative mobile number. After this they can choose that they need a new sim for themselves, for a family member or for a knowledgeable.

Helpline number for help: After submitting the information, an OTP will be found on the option given to the users. If there is any question or problem during the procedure, BSNL encourages users to contact their helpline number 1800-180-1503.

This new initiative is an important step for BSNL, which is also expanding its 4G and 5G networks across India. The company aims to start 1 lakh 4G sites by the end of June 2025 and plans to start 5G services for mobile users soon.
