New Delhi. Actor Ajit Kumar, who recently returned from New Delhi after receiving the prestigious Padma Bhushan from President Draupadi Murmu at an event held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, has been admitted to a hospital in the city.
According to sources close to the actor, Ajit was admitted to the hospital due to pain in the Chennai airport after a leg injury. He was surrounded by fans and media persons at the airport.
Sources also said that there is nothing to worry because the actors are fine and doctors have advised them to take some physiotherapy treatment. He also indicated that the actor may be discharged tonight or tomorrow.
It is necessary to remind that Ajit went to New Delhi with his family to receive the prestigious Padma Bhushan Award given by the President for his contribution in the field of cinema and sports.
