New Delhi: Aamir Khan’s film was a flop, but today he has the status of Calt. People use its dialogue indiscriminately without permission. As a result, the filmmaker had to intervene. He filed a petition to ban the misuse of the dialogue of the film, which was approved by the Delhi High Court. Apart from Aamir, Salman Khan also has an important role in the film. The court has stopped more than 30 parties on the use of its famous characters, titles, dialogues in the interim order regarding the film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’. The Delhi High Court issued an ‘John Doo’ order, giving interim security to the intellectual property rights associated with the film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’. This order has been taken on the trial filed by the legal heir of the late producer of the film. Its purpose is to prevent the illegal use of the film’s copyright content and trademark. Justice Amit Bansal ruled in the case filed by Vinay Pictures. Shanti Vinayakumar Sinha, the legal successor of the late producer Vinay Sinha, demanded protection against the alleged violation of copyright and trademark rights, including goods, digital content, domain names and AI-Jerented Contant.
