‘Hari Har Veera Mallu’ will be released on June 12. Telangana State Film Vikas Nigam president Dil Raju alleged that some vested selfish elements are spreading false rumors. He clarified that he was not part of any meeting in which it was decided to close theaters or the Telugu film Chamber of Commerce has given any such indication. He asked why someone would think about stopping Pawan Kalyan’s film, who is a big star and who has many fans.

On April 19, theater owners and distributors of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh decided that if their demands were not met, they would close their theater. Dil Raju said that later he softened his stand because the producers understood the problems of theater owners. The manufacturer also said that in other parts of Andhra Pradesh and in Telangana, exhibitors have made some demands like percentage systems. However, he claimed that the issue of closing the theater was never on the agenda of any meeting.

For the last few days, there were rumors that theater for Pawan Kalyan’s film could be closed. Films like ‘Bhairavam’, ‘Thug Life’ and ‘Kubera’ are also going to be released in June. Dil Raju said that rumors created confusion and the Andhra Pradesh government became angry.

Kandula Durgesh, a leader of the people of Andhra Pradesh and a leader of the Jan Sena led by Pawan Kalyan, accused of a conspiracy to close theaters. He also demanded an inquiry to find out who called for a shutdown. Pawan Kalyan himself issued a statement criticizing Tollywood and said that when the TDP -led NDA government is considering giving it the status of industry and developing it further, Tollywood is not showing minimum respect for it.
