Gallantry Awards 2025 List Update; PM Narendra Modi | Droupadi Murmu | Defense decoration ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan: Galentary Awards to soldiers who have exceptionally bravery and sacrifices; Shaurya Chakra being given

President Draupadi Murmu is presenting the Bravery Award at Rashtrapati Bhavan at Defense Adornment Ceremony-I. These awards are being given in honor of those who give extraordinary bravery, dedication and sacrifices while on duty. PM Modi, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh are present in the ongoing ceremony at the Rashtrapati Mandap of Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Those who get the Shaurya Chakra include Squadron Leader Deepak Kumar, Rajput Regiment 44th Battalion Major Vijay Verma of National Rifles, Deputy Commandant Vikrant Kumar, CRPF’s Jeffrey Hamingchulo, Inspector (GD), Special Police Officer of Jammu and Kashmir Police Abdul Latif.

Apart from these, Jammu and Kashmir Rifles 5th Battalion Subedar Sanjeev Singh Jasrotia, Lieutenant Commander Kapil Yadav, Colonel Pawan Singh, 666 Army Aviation Squadron, Wing Commander Vernon Desmond Kein, Squadron Leader Deepak Kumar, The Artillery Regiment’s Subedar Pabin Sing Shaurya Chakra was given.
