The Indian Air Force broke the back of the Pakistani army. Pakistan did not get any help from their Air Force. Most of Pakistan’s tanks were Chinese, which became hot in the desert. Many engines were seized. The slow pace of these tanks and weak performance caused a bad defeat in Longewala’s battle.
Keep proof even today Pakistan suffered a bad defeat in the battle of Longewala. The defeat of this fight broke the morale of the Pakistani army. Pakistan’s strategy was to confuse India on the Western Front by capturing Jaisalmer and Ramgarh. But, here he himself got entangled.
