New Delhi. There was a film 27 years ago, which may have flopped at the box-office, but it is still counted in classic cloth films. Despite not showing anything special on the ticket window, the film received tremendous response from critics. This is the 1998 Shah Rukh Khan film ‘Duplicate’. This classic Cult film was directed by Mahesh Bhatt and Yash Johar took command of its production. Today, the release of ‘duplicate’ has completed 27 years.
Karan Johar’s production house celebrated the completion of 27 years of Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla and Sonali Bendre starrer film. His banner Dharma Movies shared some old pictures of the film on Instagram. One of these special pictures is to sing ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’, in which all three artists can be seen in full vigor. In a picture, a glimpse of veteran actress Farida Jalal is being seen.
