Kanpur university: Ipsita, a student of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) of Kanpur, has again illuminated the name of the state with her skills and hard work. Ipsita won a bronze medal by performing brilliantly at the 8th Elite Women’s National Boxing Championship held at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida from 20 to 27 March 2025. Now Ipsita has been selected for the India Boxing Coaching Camp, which is a matter of pride for Kanpur University and Uttar Pradesh. Many best women boxers from all over the country had participated in this competition. Ipsita attracted everyone’s attention with her powerful punch and fast technology. In view of his performance, now he has been selected for the India Boxing Coaching Camp under the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) of the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Government of India. This coaching camp will be held from 28 April to 18 May 2025 in NSNIS, Patiala.
Kanpur University is a student
Ipsita is currently a student of BPED course in the Department of Physical Education of CSJM University. He got admission in the university under sports quota. The university administration has expressed pride in his achievement and has given him best wishes for the future.
Vice Chancellor Professor Vinay Pathak congratulated Ipsita and said that his success is a matter of pride for the university. He said that Ipsita’s hard work, dedication and dedication will inspire other students. The Vice Chancellor further said that Ipsita has proved that if the goals are clear and the efforts are true, then no destination is overcome.
