Indian students wrote a letter to US Secretary of State
Two Indian students Surabhi Tomar and Rashmish Koparkar wrote a letter to Harvard Administration and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. In the letter, he wrote that it was wrong to call the university to Pakistani government officials.
Students wrote- It is wrong to call government officials promoting or justifying terrorism. People will also raise the question on Harvard that the university is also involved in the terrorist attack.
Students also demanded that Harvard Pahalgam should publicly condemn the attack. This event was organized by Pakistani students of Harvard.
Student Surabhi Tomar said-

We should not remain silent after a religion-based murder, it is our faith. We consulted our colleagues. We got support from students from 65 countries. We insisted that this was not a sudden violence. It was religious harassment. We requested Harvard to stand against Hinduphobia and asked US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to refuse to give visas to the officers who support terrorism -related ideologies.
Expressing anger, Rashmish Koparkar said that the guest at the event did not condemn the Pahalgam attack.

Pahalgam was attacked by a terrorist attack, we felt that all guest events would condemn the attack before starting. But nothing like this happened.
