Green Park Stadium of Kanpur metropolis is the first and oldest international cricket stadium in the state.
Players will get new facilities, will enhance talent

Till now there was no facility to practice at night here. In view of this, preparations are being made to install flood lights in the outer ground of Green Park, so that players can practice at night. Regional worm officer of Kanpur metropolis, Vijay Kumar said that players from Kanpur metropolis and surrounding districts come here to practice. Keeping these players in mind, the government is being sent to the government to increase the sports facilities here. In this, facilities will be expanded at the Green Park Stadium.
Under this, a synthetic running track will be made here, so that players can feel easy to warm up. At present, there is no synthetic track here. Along with this, flood lights will be installed on the outer ground for night practice. Currently a boxing ring is running here, but another boxing ring is made, which will be rectified and resumed. Apart from this, there is a plan to build a changing room here.
