According to Dr. Smita Srivastava, vitamins A, D, E and K are found in desi ghee. It contains beutric acid which is a short chain fatty acid. It is considered good for immunity. Butric acid improves digestion and also helps in removing constipation. Eating ghee in bread keeps your stomach full for a long time, so that you can avoid eating junk food. Applying ghee on bread also reduces the glycemic index of bread, so that the blood sugar spike is reduced.
According to Dr. Smita, there is a calorie dens of ghee and this nutrient is considered a dens ingredient, so take care of its quantity while eating it. Always consume it only in a limited amount. If you do not use ghee properly, then it can increase your weight and can cause other health problems.
