Also do Anulom Antonyms with it. This will be very beneficial for you.
Diet and care
With Surya Namaskar, there will be no possibility of bacterial infection during the rainy days and there will be no breathing problems due to doing Mandukasan, Vakrasana, Yogamudrasana and Ardha Chandrasana. Take a suitable and balanced diet in this season and eat lukewarm water. This will not cause problems like lung problems, cough, cold and cold. If these problems are there, then you will start recovering and if they are not, then there will be no further. Just keep doing yoga and always be healthy.
