Makhana – 1 cup
Roasted gram – 1 cup
Poppy – half a cup
Almond – 1 cup
Dried dates (Kharak) – Half a cup

Method of preparation:

1. First heat a pan on medium flame and add roasted gram to it and make it lightly. If the gram becomes light crispy, then remove them and keep them aside.

2. Now add makhane and almonds in the same pan and roast while stirring continuously. When Makhane becomes light golden and fry almonds, take them out.

3. After this take dates, remove their seeds and cut them small. Then roast the poppy seeds and chopped dates together on low flame.

4. After roasting all dry fruits, let it cool slightly. Then put them in the mixer and make a fine powder.

Storage method:
Fill the prepared powder in a clean and dried glass jar. Drink a spoon in the morning with milk or take it before bedtime. Its regular intake removes weakness and makes the body full of energy.
