If someone gets CPR at the right time, then his life can be saved. For this, it is necessary that the common people should also know the correct technique of giving CPR. It is also important that we identify the causes and symptoms of heart attack at the right time and be cautious towards them.

Major causes of heart attack

Health expert Arjun Singh Shekhawat said that high cholesterol is the biggest reason for heart attack. Due to this, blockage is formed in the veins and blood flow is interrupted. The second reason is high blood pressure. When BP is more than normal, the blood flow increases, which puts more pressure on the heart and increases the risk of heart failure. Obesity is also a major reason. Due to this, there is swelling in the veins, which hinders the supply of blood and oxygen in the body. In such a situation, it is important that from time to time keep checking BP and cholesterol and keep weight under weight.

Heart attack
Shekhawat said that it is very important to identify the symptoms of heart attack. If a person starts pain between the upper abdomen, chest, left arm, jaw, shoulder, or dizziness, the body feels viscous, cold sweating, tiredness, then it can be a sign of heart attack. Apart from this, feelings like breathlessness, sore throat, growing, restlessness and fear of destruction are also dangerous signs. If such symptoms are seen, medical help should be taken immediately.

How can life be saved from CPR

Shekhawat said that if CPR is given on time in case of heart attack, then the life of the patient can be saved. First of all, lying in a flat place. Then put the palm of both hands on each other and press it loudly in the middle of the chest. This pressure should be so that the chest is buried at least 10 cm below. Also it is important to give mouth-to-mouthed ventilation. If there are two people, one person should continuously compress and the other ventilation. Repeat this process until the heart starts beating again or the ambulance reaches.

Keep these things in mind while giving CPR
He told that it is necessary to press the heart 100 to 120 times in a minute. Also, you have to breathe 15 to 20 times. The normal heart beat of a human being is 60 and he breathes 12 to 18 times in a minute. CPR should be given accordingly. Only compression will not work if oxygen is not being supplied. Therefore, mouth-to-mouthed ventilation is equally important. There should be no gap during this time. Only by continuity, the patient can get life.
