In such a situation, their livelihood can be banned in America.
Will Apple depend on Samsung?
While ITC is expected to take a final decision by November 2025, Apple has only a few months to replace its display supply partner. BOE has enhanced its participation in Apple’s supply chain and has planned to weekly with the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, internal sources in the industry say that LTPO panels do not meet the standards of Apple and can only be limited to units sold in China. If BOE is completely banned, Apple will have to depend on Samsung and LG for the OLED display panel for its current and forward iPhone models.
