Harry Brook, who first scored a brilliant 158 runs. He said in a post-day press conference, “I think everyone in the world knows that we will try to chase whatever goals they will give us. We have a big day tomorrow morning and we will try to take some wickets soon and pressurize them.”
Brook also reported that he took inspiration from 0 and 99 (where he left several occasions left, including Duck on the first ball against Jaspreet Bumrah, and performed almost innocent in the second Test. “I was definitely hungry to score a century today. I had never been out in the 90s before. It was disappointing, but I should have got a pair last week, so I can’t complain much.”
