This research is important because for years we have come to know here that the increase of uric acid only causes arthritis disease. But uric acid quietly fills many diseases in the body, in which sudden heart attack and metabolic syndrome is also prominent. Research states that on the effect of uric acid, there is a need to understand the bio -chemistry of the body deeply and change the attitude.
In the study, researchers found that when the level of uric acid increases in the blood, it also increases oxidative stress in blood vessels. Since uric acid is also inflammation, it makes the arteries narrowly narrow when the stress grows. Due to this for a long time, hardness or steps in the arteries increases. Uric acid is a byproduct from the metabolism of purine. Meaning that when you eat something, it contains protein. Excess salt increases the level of uric acid, but it may be better to replace some parts of salt with potassium -rich things like coconut water or banana.
