Encounter on input to be in South Delhi
Additional CP Kushwaha said that Haryana STF had found inputs about Vohra’s activities in South Delhi, after which a joint investigation operation was carried out in the areas around the Delhi-Gurugram border in Dera Mandi. A team led by DCP Manishi Chandra laid a trap.
Romil Vohra was identified by an informer and stopped him at around four o’clock on Tuesday morning. Police teams tried to catch him, but he fired on the police party and tried to run away. The team fired in self -defense, during which Vohra was shot.
During the encounter, Vohra shot two sub-inspectors Praveen and Rohan. The injured policemen and the criminal were rushed to the hospital, where Vohra was declared dead and the policemen were admitted for treatment.

According to Additional Commissioner (Special Cell) Pramod Kushwaha, after refusing to give security money, he used to kill the target.
