There are more than 20 of these patients, in which there is a huge reduction of vitamin D and B12. Doctors say that the biggest reason for this is not taking the right amount of nutritious diet and not sitting in the sun.

According to doctors, nowadays people avoid sitting in the sun in the morning. Apart from this, spending more time in air conditioners is also becoming a major reason for vitamin D deficiency in the body. This is the reason that problems like fatigue, weakening of bones, muscle pain, lethargy are increasing rapidly.

What is a doctor’s advice?
Dr. Sher Singh Kakkar, an orthopedist at Moradabad District Hospital, said that now people are using harmful utensils like aluminum or plastic instead of iron embroidery or traditional utensils. Cooking vegetables or lentils in the cooker also destroys the necessary vitamins. This causes lack of essential nutrients in the body.

Dr. Kakkar said that vitamin D deficiency causes problems like fatigue, weak bones, changes in mood, muscle pain. At the same time, deficiency of vitamin B12 gives weakness, numbness or tingling in hands and feet, loss of appetite and skin problems.
