Passengers were told by Air India that ‘Patna Airport’s runway is small and it was raining. Therefore, heavy goods have not come. Today no flight of Air India is coming to Patna, so it has been said to reach the goods by 8 am tomorrow.

Passengers erupted when they did not get luggage. There was a lot of uproar at the airport. Air India said that the goods of the passengers will be transported directly to their home. Ground Staff and CISF personnel of Air India pacified the passengers.

Vivek Sharma, riding in the flight, said- Around 8:30 pm, our flight was landed from Bangalore to Patna. When he went to take his luggage after the announcement, the goods did not reach there.

It was said by Air India that luggage has become heavy due to rain. Due to this, luggage has not been brought. Its information was not given to any passenger.

Still no guarantee has been given how long our luggage will come. Only one receip is given. It has been said that our house will be delivered by today or tomorrow.

When we complained to the Airport Authority, it has been said that those people are checking. Today, our house will be transported to luggage. Our details have also been written for this. Many passengers are now going to their home, so many are still waiting for luggage.

Passenger Shivaji from Chennai said that ‘I had a connecting flight from Pune. I have given Rs 3500 for extra luggage. On landing, we were told that our luggage will come on belt 3.
