Vivo’s new mid-range smartphone, Vivo Y400 Pro 5G, has officially launched in India. This month this is not the last smartphone of Vivo, because Vivo T4 Lite 5G will be introduced on 24 June. Now let’s talk about Y400 Pro, this phone is the successor of Y300 launched in India last year. Last year, Y300 Pro and Y300 Pro Plus models were launched in China, but only the Pro Plus model was launched in India under the name Vivo T4 5G. There is no standard version of Vivo Y400 Pro. Vivo Y400 Pro 5G price and availability: Vivo Y400 Pro 5G is available in two storage variants – 128GB and 256GB. Their price is Rs 24,999 and Rs 26,999 respectively. Both variants have 8GB RAM standard. It comes in three colors: Fest Gold, Nebula Purple and Freestyle White. It can be purchased from Vivo’s official website, Flipkart, Amazon and retail stores across India. Pre-orders are now open and sales will start from June 27.

To make the deal more attractive, Vivo has announced several launch offers. Buyers can get 10 percent cashback on various bank cards, including SBI Card, DBS Bank, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank and others. Apart from this, free access of 10 OTT apps will also be available for two months on the Jio prepaid plan of Rs 1,199. Also, there is a bundle deal offer on TWS 3E anc earbuds, which can be purchased for Rs 1,499. The V-shilad screen damage protection plan includes a flat 20 percent discount and one year free extended warranty.

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G specifications and features: Vivo Y400 Pro 5G has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, which has full HD resolution (2392×1080) and 120Hz refresh rates. This panel supports HDR playback, which improves the brightness, contrast and color range of the image or video. The display also has a 300Hz touch sampling rate and peak brightness of 4,500 knots. For authentication, it has facility of face unlock through in-display fingerprint sensor and front-facing camera.

The Vivo Y400 Pro has a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, a 4Nm octa-core processor. It has four high-performance Cortex A78 core, clocked at 2.5GHz, and four Cortex A55 Corps, which are clocked on 2.0GHz. It is paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It does not have SD card slot, but supports Extempted RAM (8GB). It has a 5,500mAh battery inside it, which supports 90W fast charging, causing the device to charge in about 53 minutes. Bypass charging is also supported during gaming.

Talking about optics in Vivo Y400 Pro, it has a dual-camera system. This includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. A 32-megapixel front camera has been given for selfie and video calls. 4K video recording from both front and rear cameras can be done on 30fps. 60fps video recording is also supported at 1080p.

The Vivo Y400 Pro has Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15. The company has promised 3 -year -old Android updates and 4 -year security patch. This includes AI tools like focus mode, AI recorder, AI Note Assist, Circle to Search, AI Document, AI SCREEN Translation, AI LIVE REXT and AI Super Link. Connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB-C port for charging and file transfer. The Y400 Pro has also received an IP65 rating to protect against dust and water.
