SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke has increased difficulties in the Sambhal violence case. On Wednesday, the police filed a 1100 -page charge sheet in Chandausi MP/MLA Court.
The police have filed a charge sheet against a total of 23 accused including MP Burke and Sadar Zafar Ali of the mosque. They have been named accused to incite violence. The police have also accused 700-800 unknown.
Violence erupted during the survey of Jama Masjid on 24 November 2024. Four Muslim youths lost their lives in the violence. 29 policemen including SP, CO and Deputy Collector were injured.
SP Krishna Bishnoi said, a charge sheet has been filed in 12 cases. Suhail Iqbal was present near the spot during the violence, but his involvement in the violence has not been found. A charge sheet has been filed in a total of 12 cases.
MP provokes violence, MLA’s son fired MP Burke is accused of provoking the crowd by giving a provocative speech. He called the mosque Sadar Zafar Ali on the night of 23 November and said, ‘The community will spit on us. The survey should not be done under any circumstances. Gather the crowd. ‘
Police arrested a total of 92 accused including Sadar Zafar Ali Advocate of Jama Masjid in this case and sent them to jail. MP Burke was questioned by SIT on 8 April at Nakhasa police station Nakhasa in Sambhal. Earlier on March 25, SIT Inspector Amrish Kumar went to Delhi and gave notice of inquiry at the MP’s residence.

Two surveyed of Jama Masjid, before the first survey, MP Burke had said- Mosque will remain till doom
On the court’s order, the first survey of Jama Masjid was done on November 19, 2024. After this, on 22 November, MP Burke arrived at the crowd offered prayers. Then he said-
‘If you shed two tears with gum, then it is a disaster, and if you forget the whole time, then there is a rebellion. Do not understand, if you tease, how the story, if you laugh, there is a rebellion, if we make cry, there is a rebellion. Today I went inside the Jama Masjid, which is the house of Allah. Not today, it has been a mosque for many years. All the Muslims have brought Tasharif to pray here. This is nothing new. Namaz is always being performed here.
Today I too have appeared for Namaz. I came to know that the police administration has prepared a lot here. Don’t know why such a police force is put here? No war is going to happen here, Namaz is being done. We live very relaxed. But some people are trying to spoil the atmosphere here.
I do not agree with the court order. We were not heard, we should have heard before ordering. What was the hurry to conduct a survey? Police should show such a fast in administration and things too. We would have been happy if we stop crime, which are made false cases on people.
Whether these may bring 10 drone cameras here, but it was a mosque, mosque and mosque will remain till doom. We want to maintain peace here. But today it is our responsibility that we will fight the legal battle for our mosque. This mosque is not 5-10 years old. We are the owners of this country, the servants are not slaves.

Why was violence erupted?
November 19, 2024: Order in two and a half hours, survey in 2 hours
Regarding Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid, the Hindu side claims that it was earlier the Harihar temple, which Babur broke in 1529 and built the mosque.
Mahant Rishi Raj Giri Maharaj of Kailadevi Temple filed a petition in the civil court on November 19 at 1.30 pm. The court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Singh ordered in two and a half hours. Said- There will be a survey of the mosque. Enter the report in 7 days by making videos and photography.
The court appointed the Advocate Commissioner. On the same day at 4 pm, the team reached Jama Masjid for the survey at 6.15 pm within just 2 hours of the order. DM Rajendra Pansia and SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi also accompanied. After the 2 -hour survey, the team came out at around 8 pm.
Mahant Rishi Raj Giri claimed that the royal Jama Masjid is Sriharihar Temple. The mosque has many evidence of the temple. It is here that Lord Vishnu’s incarnation is to be an incarnation of Kalki. Shahi Jama Masjid is located in Kot Eastern of Sadar Kotwali area.

November 24, 2024: Team reached second survey, violence erupted
On the morning of 24 November, the survey team reached the mosque to survey again. People of the Muslim community were agitated after seeing the team. In a short time, more than two to three thousand people reached outside the Jama Masjid. When the police tried to stop, some people pelted stones. After this violence erupted. Four youths died of a bullet in the violence.
The police later revealed that the mob had provoked the violence. It was said that this is a sign of our 500 year old Babur. It has to be protected. There is a lawyer (Vishnu Shankar Jain), who requires the place. It has to be finished.
79 arrests including 3 women so far in violence So far, 92 miscreants including 3 women have been arrested and sent to jail in the Sambhal violence. No one has been bail yet. Justice Narayan Rai has rejected 130 bail pleas so far.
