Ways of Eating Fruits in Best Way: Consumption of Fruits: According to Rujuta Divekar, the right way and time.

Consuming fruits is very beneficial for our health, but it is equally important to know how to consume them. According to Kareena Kapoor’s nutritionist Rujuta Divekar, if we eat fruits in the right time and correct way, then the nutrition and health benefits from him increase manifold. There are some special rules based on Ayurvedic principles, by adopting which we can benefit maximum from fruits and make our lifestyle even better. This is not just a habit of eating, but a step towards a positive change for both body and mind.

The first and essential rule is to always eat fruits alone. Often people eat fruits mixed with salad or other food, but this method can be harmful to the body. According to Ayurveda, when we eat fruits mixed with other foods, their digestion slows down and the fermentation process can begin, which can cause problems like gas, indigestion, irritation. So if you want complete nutrition with fruits and their real taste, then eat them alone, without mixing with anything else.

The second rule is that the right time to eat fruit is in the morning, especially when the stomach is empty. You can eat them after workouts or even between mid-meal i.e. two main food. Morning time is most suitable because the digestive system of the body is most active at that time. Fruits provide freshness to the body as well as energy. If you eat one or two types of seasonal fruits every morning, it makes your immune system strong and keeps you fresh throughout the day.

The third rule is to make fruits juice and chew it instead of drinking. When we chew fruits and eat their fiber content, which not only helps in digestion but also keeps blood sugar under control. On making juice, the fiber of the fruit is released and only survives, only sugar -rich juice, which can cause diabetes or weight gain. So whenever possible, eat the fruit whole, not just drink its juice.

Finally, always choose the fruits seasonal and eat them with your hands. Seasonal fruits are not only good in taste but are also very beneficial for health because they help in nourishing our body according to that season. Eating food with hands indicates to the brain that you are taking food, which improves digestion. According to Ayurveda, the food eaten with hands is better in the body and the experience of eating also becomes complete. If you follow these four simple rules, then not only you can get maximum benefits of fruits, but there will be positive changes in your entire health and lifestyle. This is a small change, but its effect can be big and longer.
