New Delhi: Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh reached the Golden Temple in Amritsar on the 41st anniversary of Operation Blue Star on Friday 6 June. He showed a glimpse by posting a video on social media. He shared a video on the stories section of Instagram and showed a glimpse of the spiritual moment to the fans. Diljit described his journey as full of peace and reverence. In the video shared on Instagram stories, Diljit was seen praying at the Golden Temple and listening to Kirtan. He was seen bowing his head with folded hands and receiving tough offerings. In the video, his devotional song ‘R Nanak Paar Nanak’ was heard in the background, which is making the atmosphere more emotional. Operation Blue Star was a military action in the Golden Temple in 1984, which was started at the time of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The temple was also damaged during this operation, which lasted from 1 to 8 June. Diljit will soon be seen in his new Punjabi film ‘Sardarji 3’. This romantic-comedy will be released on 27 June. Directed by Amar Hundy, the film also stars Neeru Bajwa and Manav Vij.
