They have been called “Trividha Dhyan Vergya Dravya”, which means three such substances which should be avoided. It is explained in detail in the ancient Ayurvedic text Charak Samhita. It is beneficial for the body to consume these three substances thoughtfully and in limited quantity. Let’s know from Ayurveda Expert Dr. Rekha…
The first substance is clove pepper. This spice is considered very important in Ayurveda due to its medicinal properties. Clove chili strengthens the digestive system and helps in fighting many diseases. But excessive intake of it can increase heat in the body and taking it for a long time can cause disturbances in the balance of the body. Apart from this, acidity or other digestive problems can occur. Therefore, clove chili should always be consumed in balanced quantity so that it will cause any loss without getting the benefit of the body.
