Permission to run money laundering case in liquor scam in January 2025 The Ministry of Home Affairs had approved the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to run a money laundering case on AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal in January this year. The ED had to take this approval because the Supreme Court said that the government would have to do so to prosecute the government employees. ED filed a charge sheet against Kejriwal in the PMLA court in 2024. In this, Kejriwal was accused in the liquor policy scam.
