Women have been called from 16 districts of 500 km radius from Bhopal for the conference. It is claimed that two lakh women will be involved in the program.

This is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s first women’s conference in the country after Operation Sindoor. In this women’s conference, the Prime Minister will also try to give address with the entire country at the global level as well.
At the same time, the pilot of the plane will also be a woman during the inauguration at Datia Airport. Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu will attend the program at Datia Airport.

- Buses coming from Rajgarh (Biaora), Guna, Ashoknagar will go from Patel Nagar bypass, Anand Nagar to Jamburi Maidan via Mubarakpur Jod, Lambakheda Jod, Chopra Art.
- Vehicles coming from Sagar, Raisen, Vidisha will reach Patel Nagar intersection, Anand Nagar and reach the venue.
- Buses coming from Narmadapuram, Harda, Betul will be 11 miles, Misrod Road, RRL Tiraha, AIIMS, Barkheda Pathani and parks behind St. Xavier.
- Buses coming from Jabalpur, Narsinghpur will reach Jamburi Maidan via 11 miles, Khajuri Kala Jig via SOS Road.

- Buses coming from Indore will use Halalpur bus stand. Entry towards Lalghati will be banned.
- Buses coming from Guna, Rajgarh, Biaora will reach Halalpur via Mubarakpur, Gandhi Nagar, Lalghati.
- The entry of heavy vehicles will be diverted from all the border border of Bhopal- Vidisha, Raisen, Narmadapuram, Ashta, Biaora, Berasia.
