A special Poxo Court on Tuesday allowed a 23 -year -old teacher to abortion in Surat in Surat in Gujarat. The teacher has 22 weeks of pregnancy. The police will conduct DNA test of unborn children and students. The police had registered a case against the teacher under Section 137 (2) of the Indian Justice (BNS) for kidnapping the minor. After four days, the police caught both A 13 -year -old tuition teacher, a 13 -year -old student living in Poona area of Surat, escaped on 25 April. The police had formed four teams in search of both. Finally on April 30, the police caught both of them from a bus near the Rajasthan border. Both were boarding a private bus coming from Jaipur to Ahmedabad.
Traveling to five cities in four days During interrogation, the teacher told that both first reached Vadodara from Surat. Passed the night at the hotel here at night and reached Ahmabadabad in the morning. The whole day kept visiting Ahmedabad and then reached Jaipur by night bus. Stopped one day in Jaipur and left for Delhi. After spending a few hours in Delhi, he reached Vrindavan and returned to Jaipur after visiting the temple. On the morning of 30 April, he was coming from Jaipur to Ahmedabad. Meanwhile, the police caught both of them. The teacher said that during this time both of them made physical relations several times.

There were love affairs for the last two years In the police interrogation, both of them said that the two had love affairs for the last two years. The teacher confessed that she was having a physical relationship with the student for almost a year. Recently she came to know that she is pregnant. Due to this, she escaped with the student. The teacher’s plan was that she would hide with the student in another city.
The teacher who is absconding about the student is a teacher in a private school.
The first child was a school teacher The teacher told in the statement that when the boy studied in 5th grade, she used to go to her house and teach tuition. After this, she started calling her home to teach tuition to the student. In the police interrogation, the boy also told that the teacher had once exploited him physically at his house.
The boy was studying tuition for the last one year.
Bought a new SIM card two days before escaping The teacher said in the statement that when she came to know that she was pregnant, she planned to run away with the boy. For this, he had ordered two or three pair of clothes from the student. Two days before the escape, a new trolley bag, school bag and SIM card were also purchased. At the same time, before running away from Surat on the afternoon of 25 April, the teacher also bought a pair of new clothes and shoes for the boy.
