PatnaOn the lines of the Mohalla Clinic of Delhi, Urban Health and Wellness Center is now starting in Patna. For this, 21 public facility centers have been prepared in different wards of the city by Patna Smart City Limited. Where doctors have been deputed. These doctors will be treated free of cost of common people through OPD. Officials have been instructed by the MD of Patna Smart City that all preparations should be completed in these public facility centers so that it will soon be started for the common people.
Cough, cold, fever, management of injuries, investigation of pregnant women, newborn vaccination, nutrition counseling, free blood tests, anemia testing and distribution will be done at the Urban Health and Wellness Center located at Public Facilitation Centers. Apart from this, yoga training, awareness of communicable diseases, services of family planning will also be available.

Residents of Patna can now get first aid by visiting their nearest Jan Suvidha Kendra. This will reduce the pressure of the patient on civil hospitals. There is a possibility of treatment of 50% of patients coming to OPD in public facility centers. Preparations have been completed here, service is going to start soon.
