On the way to visit Mata Vaishno Devi, two people were caught running water service without permission. These people were misleading the devotees by showing fake documents. The police have registered a case against both. The first case came up near Shri Geeta Mata Temple. There, a person described himself as Puran Singh, but when the police investigated, it was found that his real name is Manir Hussain. He was running Pony with someone else’s identity card.

The second case took place near Ban Ganga Bridge. Here a young man named Sahil Khan was running water service without any license. He hails from Kotli village in Jammu district. He himself admitted that he had no permission. Police have said that continuous investigation and monitoring will continue to keep an eye on such fake people. All servants have been asked to keep their real and valid papers with them.
