Even Shilpa Shirodkar was given the tag of Panauti. Recently, Shilpa openly told how her first two projects stopped before the commencement of her and due to this she was called wretched.
During the interview to Zoom, Shilpa said that she was about to debut with director Sawan Kumar’s film Sautan’s daughter in 1986, but the movie could not be completed. He said, ‘On August 9, I had done a Muhurta in the Filmalaya Studios. This was the biggest launch of that time. Sawan ji was making Sautan’s daughter and was playing the title role. Nothing could be greater than this. But even after two years, nothing happened. Then Sawan ji said that I am not making this film. If some offers are available from outside, then take it.
